I'm Farhan. I build websites, then help the right people find them.
I'm an independent designer, full-stack developer and AI engineer. I design and build websites, online stores, web applications, AI chatbots and AI business tools, and handle the SEO and marketing that help a website earn its keep. I work remotely, from outside the UAE, with businesses across the Emirates.
Why I work directly with businesses
When a business owner, an account manager, a designer and a developer all pass messages along a chain, details get lost. Working directly fixes that. You explain the problem to the person who will solve it, decisions get made in one conversation instead of three, and more of your budget goes into the work itself.
It also means one person looks after the whole picture: how the site is built, how search engines and AI tools read it, and whether visitors actually get in touch. Those are usually three separate suppliers. For a small or medium business, one accountable person is simpler.
My portfolio so far is mostly Australian businesses, plus Sunlink Properties, a real estate consultancy in Dubai Marina. The UAE adds things I build for by default: Arabic alongside English, WhatsApp as the first point of contact, AED pricing, and the permit details property listings need. Every project in the portfolio is live, so you can judge the work yourself.

- I'm not a native Arabic writer and I can't guarantee rankings. If something isn't my strength, or isn't worth your money, I'll say so.
Working remotely with the UAE
I'm not based in the UAE and I don't have an office, trade licence or local phone number there. I work remotely, with hours scheduled to suit UAE business hours (GST, UTC+4). Calls happen on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet; quick questions on WhatsApp messages or email. I don't offer in-person meetings, and I'll never pretend otherwise.
