AI integrations and business automation

Automate the repetitive work. Keep the judgement human.

AI is useful when it removes repetitive work or helps customers get an answer at 11pm. It isn't useful when a simple form would do. I help you pick the tasks worth automating, then build integrations that fit your tools and handle customer data carefully.

AI integration means connecting a language model or automation to your website, inbox or CRM to do a specific job: answering common questions from your own content, sorting enquiries, or moving data between systems. I build these for UAE businesses in English and Arabic, always with a way to hand over to a person and with clear rules on what customer data leaves your systems.

Who this is for

Problems this solves

Enquiries need sorting before anyone can reply.
Incoming messages can be classified, summarised and routed to the right person, with a draft reply for a human to approve.
Customers ask questions your website already answers.
An assistant that answers only from your approved content, in the customer's language, with a clear handover to a person when the question is outside its limits.
Customer data might end up somewhere it shouldn't.
We decide together what an AI service may see, remove personal details where possible, and note any transfer outside the UAE in your privacy notice. Health data stays out of overseas tools unless your compliance lead signs it off.

What’s included

Opportunity review
A short look at your workflows to find tasks where automation pays for itself, and the ones where it doesn't.
Website assistants
Chat assistants grounded in your own pages and documents, answering in Arabic or English, with guardrails and a human handover.
Messaging integrations
Connections to WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform where your account allows it, with opt-in captured before any business-initiated message, as Meta's policy requires.
Enquiry triage
Classification, summaries and routing for incoming enquiries, with a person approving what is sent.
Document and data extraction
Pulling structured details out of PDFs, emails and forms into your CRM or spreadsheets.

How it works

  1. 1Map the workflow

We walk through the task as it happens today and see where the time goes.

  2. 2Prototype

A small working version on real or anonymised examples, so you can judge the quality.

  3. 3Build and integrate

Connected to your tools, with logging and a manual override.

  4. 4Review

We check accuracy and time saved, then decide what to automate next.

Questions UAE business owners ask

Is our customers' data safe?

We agree what an AI service may see before anything is built. Where possible, personal details are removed first, and we choose providers whose data terms suit your obligations under UAE data protection law, or DIFC or ADGM rules if your company is registered there.

Can the assistant reply in Arabic?

Yes, current language models handle Arabic and English. Answers should still be checked by a native speaker during testing, and the assistant should only answer from content you've approved.

Will this replace staff?

The aim is to remove repetitive steps so people spend time on work that needs judgement: replying to customers, quoting and relationships.

What does it cost to run?

Most small automations have modest usage fees from the AI or automation provider. You get an estimate before anything is built.
