AI reporting, forecasting, inventory and POS

Know what sold, what to reorder and what's coming next.

Small businesses usually run on spreadsheets, a till and memory. I design and build practical tools that pull that data together: reports that write themselves, forecasts of what you'll sell, stock levels that warn you before you run out, and point-of-sale systems that do more than take payment.

AI business tools turn the data a small business already has, sales, stock and orders, into decisions. I build automated reporting dashboards, demand forecasting from your sales history, inventory management with reorder alerts, and AI-assisted point-of-sale systems for UAE small businesses. Each tool is designed around your workflow, works on the devices you have, and keeps a person in charge of the decisions.

Your systems don't talk.' beside a coded Executive overview dashboard card with illustrative revenue, margin and on-time figures, a trend line and a region bar chart, with a navy top bar and 'Book a free call' button

Who this is for

Problems this solves

Every week someone rebuilds the same report by hand.
Data from your till, store and spreadsheets flows into one dashboard that updates itself, with a plain-language summary of what changed and why it matters.
You run out of what sells and overstock what doesn't.
Demand forecasting uses your sales history, seasons and events such as Ramadan, Eid and the Dubai Shopping Festival to suggest how much to order, and inventory alerts warn you before stock runs low.
Your till takes payments but tells you nothing.
An AI-assisted POS records sales, updates stock, prints VAT receipts, and shows best-sellers, slow movers and suggested reorders, in English or Arabic.

Questions UAE business owners ask

How much data do I need for forecasting?

Ideally a year or more of sales history, so seasons such as Ramadan show up. With less, forecasts are rougher and we say so; they improve as data builds up.

Can the POS work with my card machine?

It depends on the provider. Many payment terminals and gateways used in the UAE offer integrations; we check yours before quoting.

Does the POS handle VAT and e-invoicing?

Receipts include UAE VAT at the standard 5% rate. E-invoicing rules from the Federal Tax Authority are being phased in, so we confirm the current requirements for your business with your accountant before launch.

Will AI make decisions for me?

No. It suggests what to reorder, flags unusual numbers and drafts summaries. You decide.
