A website for a Dubai Marina real estate consultancy marketing off-plan and ready residential projects across the UAE. Buyers search and filter developments, download brochures, and enquire by WhatsApp, phone or a register-interest form. I designed and built it.

Property search with buy and rent tabs, an area list that changes with the chosen city, property type, an AED price slider and a walkthrough filter
Projects listing of 200+ developments with pagination and brochure downloads
Scroll-scrubbed 'experience' page for Sobha Siniya Island, drawn frame by frame on a canvas as the visitor scrolls
WhatsApp, phone and register-interest enquiry routes
Built with React and Vite, with prerendered HTML and a split sitemap index so search engines can read a single-page app
